Youth Programs at Recreate Fitness
Our youth fitness classes are designed to help kids and teens improve their athletic skills, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive environment. Choose one class or sign up for all three!
- SPEED & AGILITY CLASS - Tuesdays at 3:30 PM
Led by Coach Dion, this class combines dynamic drills and functional fitness movements to improve coordination, speed, and overall agility. Perfect for kids and teens of all skill levels, it’s a fun way to enhance athletic performance in a positive, encouraging environment.
- BEAST MODE WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS - Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
Taught by Coach Austin, this class focuses on building strength, confidence, and proper technique through weightlifting. Participants will learn foundational lifting skills in a structured setting, helping them progress toward their fitness goals with guidance and support.
- FUN & FIT YOUTH CLASS - Thursdays at 3:30 PM
Join Coach Jon for an exciting mix of functional fitness and obstacle course training. With activities like monkey bars, rope climbs, and movement-based games, this class promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for staying active—all while having a blast.
